Wow… bread is interesting! Often people eat too much bread… get too many carbs which turn to sugar in the body and cause harm. But sometimes a little bread is good for you. When you have stomach problems … like I recently did… you are told to eat a BRAT diet (Bananas, Rice, Apples, & Toast (Bread))  I don’t normally eat much bread, because I avoid sugar intake since I had cancer before, BUT when my stomach was upset… that toast and bread… settled/helped my stomach. Jesus is GOOD and He is the Good Bread of Life who brings salvation and healing to our lives. Enjoy this Bible lesson about the perfect BREAD…. Jesus!
